SESSION ELEVEN & TWELVE - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Assignment conversation: The entire time in each of these final sessions will be spent discussing the various options presented for resolving the conflict: the pros and cons of the major scenarios and the possibilities of the various other options based on the participants’ assignment ten research.

Final assignment: Given the input from the past conversations, draft a position paper outlining a negotiating strategy for ending the conflict. The paper should examine, borders, right of return, allocation of natural resources, economics, governance, et al. The draft plan should also include timelines and negotiation strategies.  Participants will be given the option to collaborate with one or more fellow participants.


Session twelve will be an open-ended discussion on negotiating positions and strategies.  This session will be extended, as needed, to complete discussion. 

NOTE: THE PROCESS FOR COMPLETING THE FINAL POSITION PAPER FOR RELEASE WILL BE DISCUSSED BY THE PARTICIPANTS.  IT IS ANTICIPATED THIS PROCESS COULD INCLUDE THE INTERNAL DISTRIBUTION OF SEVERAL DRAFTS BEFORE THE FINAL DOCUMENT IS AGREED UPON. 

Based on the process discussions an additional session will be scheduled to present the agreed upon document as finalized by consensus.

From all of the above sessions and from the background field footage shot inside Israel/Palestine the final edited feature length documentary will emerge for broadcast, theatrical release, and/or online streaming.
